The annual subscription cost is currently £30 (£50 for two person at the same address). Once subscribed, you travel free if you have a Bus Pass; if not each bus trip costs £3.50 (£7 round trip). To travel, passengers must join Wheelers by completing a simple application form indicating a need to access  Community Transport. This may be owing to age or mobility impairment, or simply that you are isolated because there are no buses where you live. Operating under Section 19 permits, Wheelers can only carry pre-booked members but there is a temporary membership option (currently £1 + fare for a maximum of four trips per annum).
